I have had 10 personal training sessions with Louise now, she is amazing, I was previously at a gym and I can honestly say I have achieved more in these 10 lessons than I did in 12 months at the gym, she pushes you to your limit, you feel like you've achieved something, I am seeing results already, yes it's painful, but no pain no gain, and she is also helping me with my nutrition, she's very friendly and her group classes are great fun too as everyone is doing the same thing so you don't feel uncomfortable in any way, and you also get to be outside. I would highly recommend Louise Jenkins if you want to get fit and healthy and enjoy yourself at the same time!

Since childhood I always been involved with sports, exercise, food, healthy eating and living in beautiful natural environments. My life has build upon these foundations which I then developed through working experience and education and training around the world including the beautiful Himalaya in the Indian side, where I went to get my multi-style Yoga teaching certificate What I got to see from my working experience and education so far, is that most people either exercise too little or too much or eat too little or too much ( mostly unhealthy food as well ) and have a very poor lifestyle. My main job is to help people getting a balance in their life and help them increase their body awareness and body sensitivity so that they can learn to actively listen to their body and feel the impact that any physical activity and food, drink they ingest can have on their physical and consequently mental wellbeing. It is a well known fact that the brain function better in an healthy environment!

Absolutely fantastic trainer! Clearly knows her stuff, as further confirmed by my Chiropractor when they compared notes to design the best personalised training plan for me. I’ve been training in the gym on and off for years now, however I’ve always hit a wall when my motivation has run it’s course or I’ve run out of routines to try. I was skeptical at first about a PT as I thought I had nothing to learn about training, however the improvements I saw in even in a short space of time were amazing. My lifts went through the roof, my physique improved and my desire to train was like never before. Jordan’s knowledge base is brilliant and having someone to hold me accountable has helped keep my motivation at an all time high. Jordan is easily contactable and has supported my goals throughout my training. I would highly recommend Jordan as a personal trainer for anyone who is looking to make a real lifestyle change or even those who know what there doing, but need that extra push. And he makes it fun, which definitely helps on those wet Monday mornings!

I love my PT sessions with Sean! He is really attentive, very knowledgeable and professional. He is really good at pushing you to achieve goals and he makes every lesson slightly different from the previous one, so you never get bored! I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a Personal Trainer!

Amber is personable, friendly and very professional. She really knows her stuff and unlike many PTs actually pays attention to you and what you are doing. If you are prepared to work, she will put in the time and effort to make sure you get results - which don't come from taking it easy but being prepared to push hard. Too many PTs will simply give you a "sweeties are us" programme but Amber takes the time to understand what you are trying to achieve and develops a bespoke programme to help you get there. The fact she also knows a considerable amount about nutrition - proper stuff not fads - helps tremendously. As she says, fitness is created in the gym, but abs are created in the kitchen
