About Nutrition and Wellness Coaching

Hello, welcome to nutrition and wellness coaching service in London and Surrey. I'm Xiong, and I’m so happy and grateful that you’re here sharing your time and energy with me to find out how can I support you to achieve the goals that you deserve. As a Registered Nutritionist and Wellness Coach, I'm proud to have helped many people reach their health goals by employing evidence-based nutrition guidelines, along with a touch of a holistic lifestyle approach. As well as teaching the skills of healthy living through foods, recipes, educational articles, lifestyle recommendations and coaching. Whether you're looking to sort out your digestive woes, support a health condition, improve your relationship with food, increase your energy, or feel better overall, we work as a team to find a solution that is completely tailored to your body and lifestyle — all backed by science. As a new client, you'll begin with three sessions for me to discover your goals, health history, and lifestyle. You'll then receive personalized nutrition plans along with several other resources and skills so you feel confident moving forward.  After these three sessions, I will continue to support you with follow-up coaching, providing you with accountability and additional guidance as you develop new habits and navigate life's challenges. I'm here with you every step of the way until you feel fully confident on your own.  What You Can Expect - Session 1 • Initial Consultation This is where it all starts! This Initial Consultation is a 60-minute session where I discuss your vision of health, set goals, and lay the framework from which we’ll use for our entire coaching relationship. I'll examine into your questionnaire, food log, dietary assessment, past medical history, education individualized to your focus area, review of any blood tests available (as needed) and wrap up with agreeing upon several foundational goals to get you on track and feeling great! What’s included: • Coaching sessions are virtual (i.e. on video or by phone) • Dietary assessment • Lifestyle assessment • Essential blueprint of eating well and living well ebook: tools and strategies that I use with client to support you build the foundation of healthy living. • A simple guide to Goal Setting ebook: an ebook to track your progress of your goals and monitor them in real-time. • A healthy Kitchen makeover ebook: learn how to organise your kitchen with nutritious foods and ways to incorporate to your meal prep. • Wellness vision and weekly goal setting to create a coaching roadmap Session 2 • Nutrition Plan After you’ve completed the Initial Consultation and have put into action your foundational goals for at least one week, you’re ready for your 2nd appointment which is all about the nutrition plan and education about nutrition, how to nourish your body, and eat well for life. In this 60-minute session, I’ll go over the nutrition plan created for you after learning all about your specific goals. What’s included: • Specific education on your health condition or related to your goals • Nutrition Plan • Lifestyle Plan (at the discretion of the coach) • Supplement plan as needed • Hunger cue cheat sheet • Feel Amazing Foods list to help you mix and match for your meal plan • Additional ebooks as needed on portion control, snacks, travel ideas, dining out, etc. • Grocery shopping lists as needed • Wellness vision and weekly goal setting • Healthy homework assignments Session 3 • Follow Up After you’ve completed your second appointment, I'll have a follow-up session to see how things are working, what challenges you might be facing, and how to progress forward.  This follow-up session will adjust depending on your needs. It may include specific nutrition education topics you want to learn about, customized meal plans (i.e. updates to your nutrition plan), functional nutrition and health strategies, healthy cooking education, motivational techniques, and more.  I know the above information can be overwhelming, and you may not ready for it. But that's ok and I'm here to support you along the way. I dont obsess about weight/diet generally but when you get my age (50s) the cost of this negligence mounts up. You cannot do your job properly if you are over-tired before you even start the day. Your family nags you, your doctor always has the same answer to almost any health issue, you nag yourself. I am not vain but I like to keep things within certain limits and that became impossible without help. I tried many other options - all of which were reasonable but just did not work for me - using Lee seemed just another permutation. But I have to say it was probably the best decision I could have made at that time. Especially for my weight which has steadily dropped over the last 3 months. His nutritional advice was simple and doable within my schedule (an absolute requirement). He also did the work - tailored nutritional plans, always available to chat. Tianle was also happy to discuss his advice rather than just dictate - I need to understand something to feel any real confidence in it. He is positive but is realistic and does insist on the hard work. I felt supported every step of the way. If you are in a similar situation I would definitely recommend him. Sean K.

I can not believe how great I feel in such a short time after I adopted a tailored made plant-based diet. I have gained more energy and feel much lighter in my body. Now eat like”rainbow” is really part of my life and you know what, I eat much less meat than ever before and I don’t miss a bit! Thank you, Xiong, for sharing this great diet for me.
