I have worked with Tyrone and will continue to work with him indefinitely, health willing and if he still can take me on! He is simply fantastic. He lets me chat and warble on about any nonsense but he is a great listener and he has taught me how to listen to my body, pace myself and when to take a break from training if my elbow/shoulder/hip are bad. He comes across as very knowledgeable and is not averse to showing me e.g.s of how not to do things by commenting (tactfully and only to my ears) on others training around us. He introduced me to boxing which is tough but fun. He varies my routine. Frankly, before I met Tyrone I found gym work boring. Now I love it and I see it almost as an oasis of peace and calm away from work and personal problems. He has lovely colleagues too. One guy, another PT, commented on how I've improved in 2 years and am much calmer. That is as much a testament to Tyrone as anyone. He's a great guy. I can't remember ever arguing with him about anything. My only quibble - he gets a glass eyed when I try to tell him about my football team, Sunderland, whom all SAFC fans know are 'by far the greatest team the world has ever seen' (and not Arsenal).

I have had many trainers over the years. Tryone is by far the most accommodating with appointment changes and time constraints. Also, to his credit, Tryone is the most knowledgeable about the mechanics of how the body works. I have trained with him for 3 years through health and sickness. He always knows how to give me a good workout without injury. I highly recommend him for getting a safe, efficient workout
