What should customers know about your pricing? (E.g. estimates, discounts, fees, package pricing)

Pricing is charged per day depending upon requirements (eg CV and/or cover letter) and turn around time. On average between £60 - £75.

What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?

I usually conduct a FREE CV Review with all new customers so I can highlight what improvements would need to be made and what I can do for them in return. Should the customer wish to proceed I email out a CV questionnaire for completion in order to get the ball rolling.

Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?

Ascertain what they can do for you in terms of what you require and any additional services. Evidence of previous work done. Does the pro specialise in the relevant field(s) or have some form of experience in them?

What questions should customers have ready before speaking to pros about their project?

How much will it cost? How long will it take? How many draft revisions will I get? What experience do you have in said field?
