About Target Fitness Training Cuffley
I have been a Fitness Professional since 1990, Teaching Classes, Managing gyms and I started Personal Training in the City of London in 1998, training clients in there workplace. I am a highly motivated, mature, trainer, who practises what I preach, my workouts are tailor made to all levels of fitness and are varied, fun and progressive.
