However, one must practise yoga under an experienced teacher, to avoid any injuries and sprains. If you are looking for a yoga instructor, I can collaborate with you. I am a life coach and yoga instructor, offering private sessions and group classes. I am a qualified, skilled and experienced yoga teacher, who can assist you with a bespoke approach. It is not mandatory that one style or form works for all. Hence, I always inculcate different styles and elements to make a session engaging, inspirational and full of progression. Many studies have surfaced showing that the effects of gratitude can help our mental health. Therefore, I regularly include a practice of gratitude in my sessions to help enhance your complete wellbeing. Along with yoga, there are classes for meditation and mindfulness. You can choose from various available courses, as per your comfort. There are live group classes to one to one coaching classes touching on an extensive range of topics such as mindful eating, running, money and different types of yoga.
