Ste’s coaching for me has been something I will never forget. His interpersonal skills really enabled quality conversations that were inspiring and invaluable. His mentoring skills and 21st century leadership knowledge maximised me and my teams intangible and tangible performance. He took the time to get to know me and understand my needs so that he could really adapt our sessions to work for me and tackle some of my stubborn limiting beliefs! Not only did he help me with excelling as a leader and having a high performing team but really helped me with personal issues and on the back of this feel my time with Ste was really a professional peak which sparked the light in me as a leader which had lead me to achieve many more successes, and encouraged me to carry on striving to be better every single day. I couldn’t recommend Ste enough and feel that these words do not justify my experience. Great work Ste and thank you always for gifting me with your guidance.

Ste was my performance coach for sometime and the time I got to spend with him was invaluable! He proved to me his expertise in bringing the best out of me. His time was 100% to help me to grow in my role and to promote for me to try out new approaches making mine and my team experiences so much better. He played me to my strengths even when I didnt know that's what they were. He is such a dedicated and creative individual he made all workshops credable and interesting to be a part of. Ste pushed me into a new learning program he created himself which I absolutely loved and thrived upon. To this day I still use the key learning from this and get great results daily making me believe in myself more and more importantly have the respect and drive from my team. He is a warm, authentic people person with the most amazing and infectious personality. I so miss working with him and especially those times when he would just sit back and listen to me rant haha even if he did use his curiosity to find out what the root cause was!!! A genuinely talented professional.
