Hi everyone! My name is Sergiu, and I’m an experienced personal trainer keeping south Londoners fit for several years. What I offer is more than seven years experience in functional fitness, fat loss, and strength and muscle building, and I’m open to training my clients at home, office, local park, or even in my own backyard! What’s most important to me is that you achieve your fitness goals and become very happy with the outcome of our partnership. I start to train with Sergiu 6 months ago. My goal was weight loss and muscle toning. Before during one year I was trying to lose weight by myself but something was going wrongThe weight was coming back even faster than I was expecting and usually in the end I found myself even bigger than at the start. I didn't know how to maintain my modest results:( And then I decided that I need a specialist to help me. Sergiu offered my a free consultation and he detected my mistakes with my diet and training,he explained me how important is strength conditioning in achieving and maintaining my goals (but I was thinking that only running wil help me, that was one off my big mistakes). And I decided to train with Sergiu 2 times per week. In first 2 months I loss 5 kg at the same time I was feeling myself much more stronger and full of energy than ever before(check my photo before and after in the gallery) and I'm maintaining and even improving my physique now 4 months after. What can I say "life changing experience". I highly recommend Sergiu. Thank You for your hard work and patience!!!

Although I've always been active and worked out regularly, I only started participating in race events at the age of 40. After three half-ironmans and 2 escape from Alcatraz events, I decided to sign up for my first full ironman. In addition to cardiovascular endurance, I knew I would need additional muscle and strength conditioning. Having avoided targeted leg exercises such as squats for fear of injury, I decided to work with Sergiu to develop proper form and a full-body workout routine. Now in our second year of working together, Sergiu has helped me make significant progress in a number of ways. My workout routines are more efficient, much safer and have improved my overall conditioning in terms of overall strength and, according to some friends, visible results. I will update my review following my ironman race at the end of the summer. Thank you, Sergiu !
