Hello my name is Hannah and I am a certified qualified level 3 personal trainer, with many years experience in coaching exercise, I have excellent social skills, and am able to energise and motivate clients in a positive and enthusiastic manner. I am professional, trustworthy and reliable. If your looking for Personal Training sessions please get in touch, I can help you improve your fitness, lose weight, build strength and tone muscle. I can also offer you nutritional advice and guidance to help you achieve your goal. We are here to help you to feel strong, happy and healthy in body and mind. It’s amazing the changes you can make with support and encouragement. We are currently working in the great outdoors 1 to 1 with clients or online with clients during lock down with great success. We also offer Zoom sessions for great prices. You don’t need loads of equipment, just a screen and small space. 1 to 1 hour sessions prices vary from £30.00 for individually booked sessions £27.00 for blocks of 5 to £25.00 when purchased in blocks of 10. We are also offering 2 x 30 min sessions a week online for £30.00. These can be increases to 3 or 5 per week also at £15.00 per session. I have only had a couple sessions with Hannah however I feel much better in terms of my better and health. She has pushed me for me to do my very best. Hannah has also taken the time out a write a very very detailed diet plan. Before the end of every session she makes sure she does my stretches with me and asks how I am feeling about the sessions.

Thanks Hannah for a great start to my physical work programme. Sessions are hard work but interesting and varied keeping my level of interest to where it needs to be to succeed in my goal. Already lost a third of the weight I want to lose. Even the recent pandemic hasn’t stopped us and sessions have moved from outside to over the internet which I’ve found very helpful to keep the momentum. Hannah’s attention to detail and personal planning to achieve my individual goal was first class and would recommend her to anyone who wants a different approach to reach their goal. I train with Hannah twice a week, we have trained both outside and virtually now. Both workouts are at an equally high standard and have pushed me to new limits. Each workout is different and it helps me to mentally engage with what I am doing too. I feel like I am being challenged every workout which is exactly what I was looking for. We talked about my goals during our first meeting and Hannah put together a full workout schedule to help me reach them. Couldn't recommend Hannah enough!

It’s been great fun and very rewarding having Hannah train me for the last year or so. It’s hard not to warm to her infectious smile and humour. She doesn’t hold back and I am now in much better shape on the back of it. We have now moved to online training which of course has been an adjustment for us both. Hannah has been my personal trainer for a while now, she is totally brilliant! She is great at working within your capabilities, but at the same time pushing you to do as much as you can, and a little bit more. Super helpful with the nutritional side of things too. Her sessions are always varied, and she really listens to what it is you want to achieve, the difference in my body shape and fitness since starting with Hannah is amazing!!

What should customers know about your pricing? (E.g. estimates, discounts, fees, package pricing)
Price is of course always important to the customer, for online Personal Training we are currently offering 30 min sessions for £15.00 when purchased of a minimum of 2 sessions a week, and a maximum of up to 5 x times a week. The most popular amount for these at the moment is 2 x 30.00 minute sessions, thats £30:00 a week for the opportunity to train 2 x in one week with a personal trainer. 1 hr Personal training sessions are individually priced at £30.00 per session, or £25.00 per session when bought in a block of 10, or £27.00 per session when bought in a block of 5.
What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?
We always have a consultation with a client before the first session, to find out the client goals and needs, this can be done face to face, via telephone or online live chat. Par Q, consent forms and disclaimer forms must also be completed and signed. For on line training we will ask you to simply visit the website and complete the necessary forms.
What education or training is most relevant to your work?
I am Qualified and Certified as a level 3 Personal trainer, I completed my training in 2016 and have worked in many fields since then, with clients on a 1 to 1 basis, this has been at clients homes, in local parks and online, boot camp instructing, I was employed with Cambridge Bootcamp Warriors for 3 years and taught classes 3 to for 4 times a week. I have taught and Run Kettle Bell classes and worked with Mums in a pre and post natal capacity, through buggy fit classes and 1 to 1 personal training. During my time living in Cambridge I was a member of the Cambridge City Rowing club rowing regularly in an 8, and coaching other groups on and off the water. Since Moving to Norwich Safy Fitness runs Buggy Bootcamp sessions and Ladies only Bootcamps. We are also currently offering Zoom sessions for classes and PT Sessions aswell as continuing 1 to 1 outdoor PT sessions.
Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
Have a chat with your trainer first, ask as many questions as you need, make sure they are qualified and insured for the type of training you require, and they have the skills, experience and knowledge to help you achieve your goals.
