About Rayna Cherneva

Every mindful person nowadays is aware of how important is to be fit. But what does it mean? Simply put this as a state of being physically fit, mentally and emotionally healthy and refers to overall well-being. Unfortunately, our daily tasks and responsibilities are countless. The most common barriers that hold us back from being fit are the lack of time, lack of knowing where to start and setting unrealistic goals. In my career as an athlete, I have learned many strategies on how to overcome these barriers and successfully to help my friends and clients to change their behavior and to build up a healthier lifestyle. My mission is to educate, motivate and support my clients along the way toward set goals. Also, to guide them through the journey to successful behavior change. To design an exercise program that is adapted to their fitness level with enough challenges to stimulate further improvement. Keep them accountable when it is needed, support them when it is necessary and always be at their side in a difficult time. That concept allowed me to experience many times the satisfaction of my client’s success. And to be honest it’s pretty much the same as the feeling when I was winning a prize in a show-jumping competition as part of the national team. Later on, boxing has inspired me to focus on building up strength, power, and agility which are my favorite. Now, this is how I’m training my clients. I teach them how to take control over their body, how to build up strength and endurance and to become more self-efficacy

I was interested in weight loss, building muscles in the beginning of my training with Rayna. She is very professional at her job because she created individualised plans for achieving my fitness goals and provided me with supplemental nutritional information. In my first month of training I could really see big improvements which I am very grateful to mention it .Every week,she used to bring different equipment/ and challenge me with harder exercises when she felt ready that I would be able to do it. She used to create fun activities for me in the park which was very exciting for me as a teenager.i am so glad that Rayna encouraged me all the time and therefore I have gained an interest which quickly developed into a passion and since then I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to increase muscle mass and lose body fat . A single training session duration is 45-60 minutes in addition 10-15 min evaluation and Q&A at the end. Female client has achieved 8 kg weight reduction for 12 weeks to fit in smaller size wedding dress. That was achieved by 3 one to one sessions per week, individual activities for the rest of the days with 2 non consecutive days off. Adoption of balanced diet for long term
Describe a recent project that went well. Scope? How long did it take?
A female client in her early 40s with no previous experience in exercising wanted to improve her appearance and to be toned up. We have spent two weeks in Swiss Alps where she lives for adoption of healthy lifestyle principals. She has learned the correct exercises technique, basic rules for balance diet and theirs importance. Also, how to fit the physical activities in her daily schedule and tips how to avoid any temptations whilst achieving her goals.
