Laura has been an amazing personal trainer! She is always ready with great diverse workout plans. I have been training twice a week and have seen massive improvements in my strength and fitness. I've been a client with Laura now for a few months. I can honestly say there's no one more who I would recommend. Laura is so easy to get on with and she makes my session so enjoyable. I can honestly say I enjoy training now and it's all thanks to Laura. Its clear to see Laura has a passion for personal training and fitness and she definitely passes all of this over to every single session she does with me. Laura has been my personal trainer for the past year and in that time has managed to keep me motivated and helped me to lose weight, build muscle and gain confidence. When I started with Laura I had never been to a gym and was nervous / felt embarrassed. She made me feel at ease and has always explained everything we are doing in great detail. I am very grateful for the help Laura has given me so far and Can't wait to get back to it when the gyms re-open!!!

Before training with Laura, I was overweight, unfit and self-conscious when stepping inside the gym. Laura helped me set out realistic goals for training and weight loss and she encouraged me every step along the way. With tailored workouts and help with my nutrition, Laura was there to ensure I was achieving my goals and even surpassing them. With Laura, I have lost a significant amount of weight, gained strength, increased my fitness and I’m feeling much more confident within myself. Not only are our sessions fun, but they are also informative and I have learned a lot through Laura’s expert knowledge. Laura’s style of training is incredibly upbeat; she helps me to keep a positive mindset, even when I'm feeling self-critical or unmotivated. I can't recommend Laura enough!

Laura has excellent knowledge of what you will need to improve yourself, whatever it may be. She is dedicated to your progress, and will make sure that you have a workout plan and a diet plan as well if necessary. She explains everything thoroughly so that if you don't understand or your form is not exactly right first time round she will help you get better at the exercise. Her work ethic is fantastic and becoming her client means she will look after you and help you improve.

Laura is great! Not only is she very knowledgeable, she really motivated me and was always there if I needed her. She calculated my calorie intake and I sent her the food I was eating every day to ensure that I was eating the right foods. She made working out enjoyable and it was always the highlight of my week.

I had a eating disorder and wanted to make my life better by getting into the gym and eating a more balanced and nutritious diet right for my weight and height. After achieving this for myself I wanted to help people be happier,healthier and fitter in life.
