About Harmonised Strength
I have over 15 years experience in physical exercise relating to the improvement of endurance, strength, and body balance. I've spent the last 10 years as a qualified Personal Trainer. I provide a unique service that encapsulates the many different styles of training I have developed over the years. I come from a history of sports, playing basketball for a UK national team in my teens. I then began practicing the Indonesian Martial Art form (pencak silat) and then progressed into exploring physical training in a gym environment. I now specialise in strength and conditioning, functional training and ultimately improving body composition through a wide range of effective techniques. Expect a motivational and genuinely caring approach. I provide a tailor-made service to the needs of the client at the forefront of everything I do. Using professional methods to track the progress of the client to ensure that they get the desired results. Luke has been training my 14 year old boy for approximately 3 months. He has managed his diet as well as his training and he was a rather fat teenager who has become a stronger, leaner boy and a much happier boy and 10kg lighter.
