Hi there! My name is Dwayne. How are you and how is your fitness journey going? :) I am a mobile Personal Trainer with over 6 years of experience in the Fitness industry and absolutely love it. My main base is at Streatham Leisure Centre but can also travel to your doorstep to deliver First Class customer service. We can also train in local parks and other agreed locations. Enjoyable and effective sessions are delivered with a wide range of equipment. I specialise in: • Weight loss • Lean muscle gain • Pad work for boxing and kickboxing • Obstacle course training I utilize many different types of innovative skills to achieve results. Your goal is indeed mine and ensuring you see successful results is my ultimate mission! You will have a bespoke training programme designed to achieve your specific goal within your desired time frame. As it’s important to acknowledge and celebrate the smaller victories too, you’ll be guided by short, medium and long term Fitness ‘Smart’ goals we set from the start... this will help you stay motivated and fully focused along the way! You will also receive practical nutrition advice and guidelines designed to fit comfortably around your lifestyle. I have had the pleasure to get a few sessions with Dwayne and can not recommend him enough! What I especially liked was the variety of exercises. No sessions were te same. I also admire his professionalism, he would make a point to send me the exercises we did, which was always accompanied with an encouragement note! I will definitely recommend Dwayne to my friends and colleagues and will resume the sessions as soon as I get the chance!

I’ve been training with Dwayne for over a year now and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week, personal one-on-one kick boxing sessions! Dwayne is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, progressively doing more rounds & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I thoroughly enjoy working out in the outdoor environment and what I like about Dwayne is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.

Personally a perfect trainer is someone that brings 110% out of you and that’s what Dwayne did to me every time. He knows your limits better than you do, he pushes you passed your limit and you leave the gym without being able to walk, that is the best feeling in the world for me. I could go on and on but all I can say is try it for yourself and I promise you will not regret any second with him as your boxing trainer

Dwayne is an excellent personal trainer. I've been going to gym for years but was getting stuck in the same routine, which had become boring and unproductive. He really freshened things up and showed me all sorts of new things and has made gym enjoyable again. Considering how long I've been going to gym I was surprised with how many new things I've learnt and because it was shaking things up I was getting much better results than just repeatedly doing the same routines. It's also refreshing to have a trainer who's creative and energetic- I never really bothered with a PT before who just look bored when repeating the 'my goal is your goal' lines to their clients in the gym, whereas Dwayne stood out in that his sessions looked alive and full of energy. That's what made me choose Dwayne over others in the first place along with his expertise in boxing. Make sure you ask him to teach you boxing as well, after one session I was hooked and most of our sessions after were focused on that. It's definitely the most fun and productive way to work out, and it felt great learning new things at the same time.

Having Dwayne as my PT was a dream! He is very knowledgeable and can push you beyond your limits. I started seeing big changes in my strength and physique within very short space of time. Working out with Dwayne was always fun. He bring fun and banter to the work outs! Dwayne also helped me with my dietary requirements and set up my meal plan as I was struggling to put on weight and put on the muscle. I was very happy with Dwayne.

I would recommend any person, no matter what their current level of fitness is to work with Dwayne. He is a knowledgable trainer, who listened to my fitness goals and aims, eating habits, and level of motivation. He adapted his services and exercices to fit around my injuries and timetable. He made exercising and training fun and varied and pushed me to my limits. This is very difficult to do alone; training by one's self because we create so many excuses for our ourselves. It is the reason why so many new year's resolutions and fitness goals fail. He is realistic about the training and incorporates a great range of exercises across the traditional weight lifting room and the funtional areas in the gym.

I felt I needed to work out a bit as I felt a bit out of shape. I didn't fancy doing it on my own as I need a bit of encouragement and motivation. so I started looking for a personal trainer. I asked my Niece as she was already working out and she highly recommended Dwayne. I wasn't let down as Dwayne turned out to be a very professional trainer and talks you through the procedure of exercising properly. He also makes sure he knows your Goals and what you want to achieve before tailoring a workout plan for you. Confidence is one of the things people lack when they feel a bit out of shape and Dwayne is very helpful in this area with his calm and inspiring nature. I would definitely recommend him if you are serious about becoming fitter.
