About Otis Property Photography
It takes fine technical expertise and an eye for detail to capture the special elements or architectural features of a property. I’m a skilled photographer who specialises in photographing the interior and exterior of architectural buildings and properties. My services are customised based on your exclusive requirements and areas of focus and I aim to create high-quality images with your objectives in mind. Whether I’m shooting property exteriors for a real estate website, the interiors for online listings or a magazine feature, I like to showcase details that will make the building or space appealing so it stands out from the rest. My photography style focuses on using natural lighting and with minimal manipulations of images. I like my images to be a genuine portrayal of the property or interiors and I believe that this offers an authentic insight into what the property feels like and what the viewer can expect in reality. I’m professional at every level – in my communication with clients and in my ability to successfully translate their vision. I’m pretty flexible with availability and timings and like to show up on time for the best light. I respond quickly, am fairly easy-going, and will do my best to deliver the images within the agreed timelines. My rates are reasonable and I offer a 20% discount if you book my services for more than five properties.
