Through this partnership, I can offer a whole body assessment giving my clients the very best for their money. At Optimum Fitness Personal Training and Injury Prevention, you will benefit from dedicated one-to-one dynamic sessions with your personal trainer that will allow you to focus on - your results!. We will conduct an initial physical analysis to create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account your current fitness levels (any injuries you may have) limitations and your nutrition. You will then be guided through an entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training both inside and outside the gym, your diet and your lifestyle, complemented by our outstanding support services. Personal training at Optimum Fitness integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. This includes options such as strength, mobility cardiovascular exercise, and sports performance. It also includes soft tissue massage treatments for a wide range of injuries. While we recommend you commit to at least three sessions a week, we are totally realistic in understanding that your day-to-day demands may have an impact on your schedule. We are flexible, if you wish to book singular or group sessions – we can accommodate this. Designed to be progressive and challenging, the plan will take you through all facets of fitness development. We will make sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable, agile and injury free. We guarantee our commitment, alongside your own, will deliver results fast. With our expert training programme, you will soon be living a happier, more energetic life. Soft Tissue Therapy (STT) At Optimum Personal Training and Injury Prevention, we consider the body as a unit which makes a treatment more than just a symptomatic relief. When treating an area of the body the general health of the patient is taken into account as well. I’ve been training with Sanoj at Porchester Centre for several years and I’m addicted to his workouts. Sanoj is super knowledgeable and workouts are fun. Sanoj coaches me through exercise circuits challenging and effective, but not overwhelming. He knows the anatamy and understands the functions of each exercise, and educates us about both of them along the way. My entire body is firmer and in much better shape because of Sanoj. I recommend Sanoj's Personal Training for anyone who wants to improve their body and have an enjoyable time doing it.
