At Mil-Fit Physical Training & Bootcamp, our primary concern and goal is to get you achieving the results you deserve... that is, to be happy with how you look, healthier, fitter, stronger and to move freely with energy Warwick has nearly 25 years experience instructing and helping people achieve their desired goals and results, whether in the Martial Arts, SCUBA Diving, Weight Loss or Fitness and recently decided to shift training people in Fitness from just friends to everyone. To accomplish this, Warwick recently qualified as a REP's Personal Trainer with an RQF Level 3 Diploma and has started 'Mil-Fit Physical Training & Bootcamp'. Having spent 3 years in H.M. Royal Marines, He personally learned the value of the Fitness Model & Methods employed by the Military. The strength and endurance that can be gained through these methods, combined with a good training ethic and applied effort, is second to none for non-vocation specific individuals. We have helped a number of people lose large amounts of weight in short time periods for instance one client lost 5.8stn / 81.4lb / 37kg in the time between the last week of march and the first week of June, achieving not only far more than he could of hoped for, but a sense of personal achievement few people get to experience in their lives. This, of course, also resulted in a tremendous increase in self confidence & self esteem for the Client. We have our own Private Gym in a beautiful countryside location located 10 mins drive from Yeovil or Crewkerne. (For Clients where transport to our Gym maybe an issue, we can provide that by way of a 'lift through friendly gesture' where necessary). At Mil-Fit we pride ourselves on a number of things, from our approach to helping people adapt and change to a new, fitter healthier lifestyle, our warm, personal, friendly atmosphere and our flexibility, whether to accommodate a difficult time schedule (for instance you can only make training at an unsocial time on certain occasions, we will accommodate this wherever possible) or to make a program tailored to the exact needs of an individual to suit their likes and dislikes where it is possible to do so. I am a male who had just turned 40 I was not happy with the way my body looked and this knocked my confidence. I thought about going to the gym but I just couldn't face it. I was then told about Mil fit physical Training and Bootcamp by a friend of mine who was in the same situation as myself. So I gave them a call and spoke to Warick the personal trainer and explained to him my situation he said at first hand I had come to the right place and that he could help me. After my first session I was hooked Warick is such amazing guy he not only helped me to get the body I have always wanted but he has even built up my confidence. So I now feel mentaly fit as well as physicaly fit Warick is a great guy but also a great personal trainer I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who was like me over weight with confidence issues. Best thing I have ever done 😁

The circuits are really good, hard work but they get amazing results in a fairly quick time, If you follow them and learn from Warwick he will get you the results you want. They are fun...and will make you feel really good after every session...professional and friendly and a wide range of knowledge

Warwick is very professional and always on time and does not waste any time getting on with the training . He explains everything in great detail and has a great knowledge and understanding about how the body works when it comes to fitness / training . He has helped me a great deal to reach my goals.
