About Mike Dolan Fitness
Hi I'm Mike Dolan, I'm from London and have recently moved to Leeds. I have been in the fitness industry for 7 years now and have been a Personal Trainer for 5 years. I was running my own fitness studio in London up until early 2020 and have a built a vast knowledge of programming for all kinds of clients and helping them achieve their intended goals. I am dedicated to providing each client with a completely personalized training programme which motivates and enables them to attain their goals in an encouraging, comfortable and positive atmosphere. I have put together an Introductory package for all my new clients that give you everything you need to begin your fitness journey! the package is available for all blocks and even those who chose to only book in a session once a week with me. In the package you will receive a diet plan that will be specific to your goal, whether it be weight loss, toning and muscle/strength gaining. These plans will give you a guideline of what to eat and what macros you require in each specific plan. You will also receive a training plan which you can follow yourself when you train at your gym to maintain your progress with me and help reach your goals quicker. Began my sessions with Mike back in January this year to tone up and add some muscle and little did I know at the time that the sessions i’ve had with him lead to me starting to enjoy working out. He helped focus on the muscle groups that needed more work on and was supportive and motivating throughout the sessions. Private gym, Great set up!
Weekly training with Mike first at home and then the gym in KIngston...together with my other half Mission Control. Intention was to improve general fitness, get out and excercise, the sessions have helped me in boosting my overall strength, weight control and in particular to get over angina. We look forward to our evenings, leave completely spent but energised while having fun. Mike pushes us to new limits while making it fun. He is considerate, combining professionalism with engagement, conscious of my limits and flexible, and a great guy. Since starting in Jan 2017 I feel physically much stronger and able to fit into clothes that were previously too tight to wear.
We've been training with Mike since June and have enjoyed every session. He's constantly looking at ways to switch up the training and challenge us. Always friendly and supportive, I would recommend him to anyone looking for fun and challenging sessions.
I have had many trainers over the years and Mike is without doubt the best. He listened to all my requirements and has tailored my sessions to perfection. Brilliant trainer, lovely guy, punctual and wicked training sessions.

My partner and I have been doing couples' PT sessions with Mike; he has the right amount of motivational push for us to stretch us to our limits and get those muscles working hard! Mike is an excellent PT with a professional and friendly style - not the shouty, slave driver type which works for some but not us!
I have been training with Mike for about 6 months now. I currently train with Mike twice a week and have been very happy with the progress I have made and the quality and variations of the fitness routines we do. Although we only do 2 sessions a week we still manage to incorporate strength, cardio and general all round fitness into the routines. Mike is very focused on the goals you want to achieve and routinely changes the exercises and routine to push you to that next step and still makes the routines fun and varied. Mike is confident with his fitness knowledge and knows when you need that extra bit of motivation although he isn't the shouty type. I would definitely recommend Mike both for quality training sessions and at a much better price than some other personal trainers.
Mike has been my PT for the past year. Not having an active workout schedule in the past, Mike has been a great PT in supporting my training objectives. He is outcome focused, reliable and I have been able to see continual improvement from my sessions, which are run in a relaxed yet supportive environment. He is also great value for money.
