What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?
I first like to have a fitness test with my clients, just so we can determine your current fitness levels to enable us having a personalised experience. This usually takes anywhere between 45min to 1hr and can be done online or in person.

Level 3 qualified personal trainer.

Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
The best advice I can give is look to hire someone that values and respects your time whilst been knowledgeable of course.
What are some good examples of past customers?
Personally I enjoy working with clients that value my time and there's as well as that, I think to have a positive attitude towards the workout there needs to be good communication between the trainer and the client. It's a two way street.
Describe a recent project that went well. Scope? How long did it take?
Most of the clients I work with have been long term clients, with a hand few of exceptions (clients short term goals). With that said I like to think I'm providing value through my services.
How did you first get into this line of work?
My interest to help people through personal training started when I used to coach my friend who was new to the gym during workouts. Since then it has become a passion to make people sweat and reach their goals.
