My name is Mariya and I have recently completed a Nutrition Course which further expanded my lifelong interest in nutrients and healthy living. I love helping people who wish to be helped, so I am thrilled to become a Professional Nutrition Adviser. Applying my theoretical knowledge in real-life situations and providing solutions to ensure a healthy and balanced lifestyle with accordance to the client’s needs is what I strive for. I really look forward to celebrate every milestone – especially the small ones as they matter the most. I am a happy and smiling person who enjoys life and would like to sprinkle the positivity of the joy. I would like to help people in the best possible way for them, make the process easy end enjoyable. I would like to share with people the possibility of the achieving their goals, even if the goals are their dreams. Step by step, exploring every existing potential in their lifestyle. I have a lot of experience in my life, including working as a Manager in a healthy store and a wealth of customer advising experience. Not just to sell healthy food or supplements, but also to listen actively to the customer’s experience and their issues. Then, to carefully evaluate it and provide advice for their long-term well-being utilising my understanding to the body energy, positive thinking, happiness, the importance of the quality of the food, water, exercises and different choices their lifestyle. Additionally, as a Fist Class Honours BSc Psychology graduate, I have an in-depth understanding of Motivation and Behaviour change in Psychology. So, I know how to motivate people so they can keep their smiles, to feel proud of what they have done, to find a way for every single person to do their best, how to be helpful to each other and how to celebrate. And last, but not least, I would like to say that It is time for me to do all the things I love – that is my choice, to do everything from my heart.
