Hello, I am a specialist career coach and have just started working via Bidvine. For the past year I have been coaching individuals with diverse needs, dyslexia, autism, ADHD in high profile companies for an Occupational well being company. I am also a qualified CBT Associate life coach with a unique personalised approach to assist clients requiring life coaching and counselling. As a coach I use CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) to address client issues and develop successful outcomes for the client. I am experienced in offering coaching to clients in relation to stress and anxiety in the workplace and home, caused by health issues, mental health issues, anxiety, stress. My other current role is that of a consultant Workplace Needs Assessor. I work with clients in the workplace to perform assessments for individuals with neuro diverse conditions, mental health needs &/or pan-disability. This could include such complex conditions as dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, sensory impairments and additional mental health learning difficulties. Additionally, clients may suffer from physical difficulties or disabilities following injury, trauma or progressive, deteriorating conditions. I am currently working with clients remotely via FaceTime, Skype or telephone sessions. I am able to understand each client’s lifestyle so that I can create the best coaching plan for them. I have the demonstrated competency in making recommendations appropriate for the individual needs and have received excellent feedback for my work. I treat each client as an individual and specify adjustments, in line with the Equality Act 2010 specifications, offer modifications and advise of support plans to assist individuals with a wide variety of difficulties. I can establish realistic goals with the client with meaningful outcomes. I keep up-to-date records, report care plans and refer clients to other specialist assessments when needed. I also have extensive experience of working with people with learning difficulties or physical disabilities. I also have an excellent knowledge of the existing adjustments available on the market for appropriate utilisation in the workplace. I have excellent report writing & IT skills. I am able to complete assessment notes to demonstrate justification of advice/recommendations for adjustments as per recent research, products & best suited individual requirements. I have a very good understand of the benefits of being in work and the relationship between employment & health. I have an excellent understanding & consideration of the requirement client confidentiality. I have the ability to adhere to & understanding of Key Performance Indicators & Service Level Agreements. What should customers know about your pricing? (E.g. estimates, discounts, fees, package pricing)
I am currently offering a special reduced rate for new clients: Hourly rate of £50. Payable in advance of the session. If you book a course of 6 sessions which is highly recommended I can reduce the fee to £45 per session.
What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?
It is very important to make an initial assessment of the clients needs and objectives. I will do this by using a CBT assessment questionnaire.
What education or training is most relevant to your work?
My training as a CBT Associate life coach. My current work experience as a career coach for a major occupational health company.
Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
It is really important that you feel comfortable in communicating with your coach. It is a relationship which is very important and will need emotional honesty, the ability to listen and take advice and work on fulfilling the criteria for hiring.

How did you first get into this line of work?
In my teaching career, I was often coaching and advising students and more recently since March 2018, as a specialist coach I have developed and delivered coaching very successfully for clients in a range of different environments.
