Easy to schedule an initial session. Listened to all my concerns around tailoring workout to accommodate previous injuries. Fun to work out with!
Kevin provides an exceptional service with personal training and he has helped with my long term body positivity. Besides fitness and nutritional advice, he has been approachable to reach out to outside of our sessions and has an open online platform with his clients in which we socialise and share our personal experiences. I have quite a active social life (which includes eating out a lot!) but Kevin has shown me that I do not to give this up to have a balanced healthy lifestyle. My experience has been positive and fun and I would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer to reach their goals.
Kevin has been great in adjusting my training to help get back to my running as was the initial objective for my training. I find myself more balanced and the running to be lot less an effort. He has also been great in adopting the training as needed due to changes in circumstances and helped me there recover from injuries that I had as a result of an car accident which I thought would severely disrupt my training. I really look forward to resuming the normal trajectory of our training after he threw help I've got overcoming such unforseen circumstances.

Kevin is not your regular PT. He is a mentor, a motivator, a friend. He goes above and beyond helping you set and achieve your goals. With Kevin's focus on technique, guidance and support during and outside training sessions I was able to achieve great results in a few months time while still enjoying social life and not having to struggle with crazy diets. Kevin's professional, flexible, adaptable, and no nonsense approach to training helped me to push myself to my limits, realise my potential and see great results.
Kevin provides a great client-centric workout and fitness plan. The pace is set at the capabilities of the client and with their goals in mind and Kevin has a wealth of information that is useful to tap into if one wants to take full advantage of the experience.
I chose Kevin as he has been the only trainer I've come across that looks at improving lifestyle one step at a time with no gimmicks or quick fixes. I have an an active social life which includes eating out or after work drinks and I wanted a plan which meant that I wouldn't have to make too many comprimises to this. Kevin has helped me look at my longterm goals and how I can add changes without changing too much. As well as our training sessions, Kevin has always been on hand to answer any questions I have when at home or out and about and has also set up a social group with his clients so that we can share our experiences together. So far I have dropped a dress size but most importantly, I have adopted healthier habits which are easy to maintain in the longterm which has been great. Kevin is not a PT who would make you feel bad if you fell off the wagon but is instead very supportive and understanding that life happens and will look to help where he can. I would recommend him to a friend.
My experience with Kevin was great! It's easy to communicate with him as he is felxaible about timing. He helped maintaining my fitness level during my visit to London. He gave me enough time during the assessment to discuss my goals and my eating habits . I would definitely book my PT sessions with Kevin next tim I'm in London.

Kevin gives time to talk about any queries and is available over the phone in between sessions. He listens to you as a whole- he's a really good listener and responds to what YOU need. I was undergoing training after surgery, so his attentive care and thought for detail in my training programme was very important to me. Kevin also prioritises other factors that impact on your fitness, health and wellbeing, including social aspects, your attitude and perceptions which tend to be overlooked but I found WERE the things holding me back from progressing physically.
