I am a 500hr RYT trained in ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha and yin. I enjoy incorporating the different styles into my classes and my motto is taken from Jigagor 'It is not about touching your toes, it is about what you learn on the way down'. My classes are designed to bring the core spiritual aspect of yoga to the mat, helping to energise and build a strong, healthy body and a peaceful mind, whilst not forgetting to lift up our hearts, smile and have fun x
