Core de force is much more than a typical cardio class. It is an empowering, core-focused workout. This workout combines authentic boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai moves, explosive power moves and interval training that all engage your core so you get in killer shape, incredibly fast. PIYO is an athletic workout that strengthens, stretches and tones with dynamic movements inspired by the best of Pilates and Yoga. HIIT- high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Bulgarian bag workouts. Bulgarian bag is a crescent-shaped exercise equipment used in strength training, plyometricweight training, cardiovascular training, and general physical fitness. The bags are made of leather or canvas and filled with sand; they weigh from 11 pounds (5.0 kg) to 50 pounds (23 kg) and have flexible handles to allow for both upper and lower body training,for building grip strength, to improve explosive actions and dynamic movements involved in pushing, twisting, swinging, pulling, bending, rotating, squatting, lunging, and throwing. All of these workouts are music-driven. I can customise all workouts to meet your needs witch also includes nutrition plan. I offer my services in the comfort of your own home.. I always set realistic personal fitness goals, keep the workouts interesting and engaging. I’m honest, genuine, and interested in each individual. I always give clients what they need, make it simple and effective, get them in the grove of working out, and when the time comes, I give them more. I always try to make every client into an expert. Give them what they need to train themselves for a lifetime, and give them the knowledge they need to do that. Also I have Health and Nutrition Diploma so I can do personal meal plan. Jane is a really good PT who provides work outs to fit around a busy lifestyle. Short and sharp, I always feel energised after completing these workouts and they definitely gear up as you become more proficient at the exercises! Stamina, strength and cardio fitness has all improved due to a combination of HIIT, weights (kettlebells) and core workouts. Would not hesitate to recommend

What a fantastic PT. Really works with you to ensure that you get results. Jane brings out an inner determination whilst motivating you to do your very best. The sessions are so great and different every time. I have lost 6.5 inches in just a few weeks. Gives great advice on nutrition and tips on how make small adjustments to diet. It is great to work with a PT that educates you and motivates you to do well. I would highly recommend Jane - she is amazing!

Up Jane is a amazing trainer. She is absolutely brilliant at her job. I was very nervous about losing weight but she gave me a lot of confidence. I wanted ton lower my body fat and increase my strength and flexibility. Gyms don’t promote the functional fitness I was after. Jane was great throughout my sessions, always changing what we were working on and varying the exercises each session to keep it interesting and challenging. I was surprised I would be looking forward to each session but I truly felt each session left me with a “Job well done” feeling. I have lost body fat and increased my muscle mass. I have gained what I was looking for.
