Based on your lifestyle, likes, and needs, I can create different nutrition packages including food diary reviews, individual consultations, and tailored nutrition plans in order to suit your metabolic needs. I work with great empathy and compassion as I genuinely care about my clients. I have worked with Jenny for over a month now and glad that we connected. She operates out of a quality gym in Petts Wood which has all the gadgets which challenge me. I don’t really like training but realise the value in it and that I am progressing under her kind supervision. Without her I would give up, but her encouragement and nudging makes the experience worthwhile. Some of the activities are more challenging than others but by switching between them it keeps me going, even if my body is feeling it. Jenny is a nice girl and interested in my well being. She is trying to cajole me to change my diet, but evolution rather than revolution is the order of the day!
After 2 months, I am still training with Jenny. She really focuses on the needs of each of her clients and I’m really happy I chose to train with her. From day 1, she has focused on what I want to get out of training by assessing me and my abilities, improving my overall fitness. She’s always trying to accommodate around my availability and Always communicates in advance with the dates and times for training and with my progression. Thanks Jenny!

Jenny is great! I set out to kickstart my fitness and improve my tone after having two children. Jenny’s warm and friendly personality made going to training sessions fun and I certainly saw great results over 10 sessions. Jenny’s always professional, very knowledgeable and i’d definitely recommend working with her.
She was very lovely to talk with especially when there were 4 other people watching us. She did ask lots of questions which was good and she gave me some really helpful advice and ideas. It was great that she printed everything out and tried to find something that could take the place of chocolate! However, i think she should be less polite. I would have given much more detailed and honest responses/answers if she'd delved in a bit more. As it was, I was honest but a polite honest. She needed to be less lovely!
I had Jenny Tomei as a Personal Trainer for three months, and was very happy with our sessions. We worked both on cardio and strength, and she was very helpful regarding the targeting of treatment of my medical issues, often sending my links to extra information regarding how I could improve my situation. I felt this was extremely attentive and supportive, and she defiantly went the extra mile. Jenny encouraged me to work harder at my workouts, and achieve a different levels of capacity that I had not reached before when simply working out on my own. She carefully planned the sessions according to my personal needs, and was guiding me in my nutrition choices. Jenny was always professional and organised and also flexible with my workout timings when they needed to be altered. To whom it may concern, I am a group 2 diabetic and was recommended by my diabetic nurse to either go to personal trainer or weight watchers as both my sugars and weight were too high and I was heading to more medication. I am seventy five years of age and wondered how I could cope with a personal trainer. - which was no need as she took this into consideration and also only gave me exercises which I could cope with. I also had been to a weight watcher's session and not found it to be very interesting. So I decided to try a personal trainer. I had twelve session with Jenny Tomei and found her exercise and fitness/cardiovascular training very varied and challenging. After the twelve session my weight has improved and my sugars also. Which is very pleasing. I will certainly aim to do much better and will take on a new course of sessions. I found Jenny helpful with suggestions for a healthy Mediterranean diet which is suitable for a group 2 diabetic. She was also very interested in making suggestions for different menus and overall took a good interest in my medical condition.
I wish everyone could get to experience fitness and nutrition with Jenny. She is simply the most dedicated and caring person,she has taken on my fitness journey as a personal challenge and spends a lot of time helping me change my fitness levels and my diet. Her vast knowledge on supplements and nutrition has also helped ease an ongoing health issue. Jenny constantly changes things up so you are never bored and are always challenged and with her I have already seen results with my body.
