All pricing is tailored to meet each client's needs. All businesses are different from one another and all of them have different short-term and long-term needs depending on their mission and vision. We first like to understand your business and develop a package pricing that will suit both your budget and requirements.
What process do you go through when starting with a new customer?
First, we love understanding what your business is all about. What are your main goals with digital marketing? Which is your target audience? What is your value proposition? Why is your brand different from your competitors? To start the assessment, we will do an in-depth evaluation of your business in which we analyse your current marketing strategy, your overall online presence, which are the main factors causing you to leave thousands on the table and how this all can be optimised. Then, we developed a highly-detailed action plan that will include a strategy with all the steps to follow during the coming months and explain how each of those steps will contribute to reaching the final goals and acquiring sustainable growth for your company.
Do you have tips or advice for someone hiring a pro in your line of work?
The digital marketing industry is huge and keeps on growing day after day. These are some key factors to consider when hiring an agency: - Runaway from generic bids/quotes. Usually, agencies that offer you an upfront price without even knowing your needs are only looking to charge a retainer fee and will potentially let you down when it comes to results. Look for professionals who have a genuine interest in your business. - Make sure the agency and your brand share the same values: being aligned with the team that will market your products is essential, they must have your best interest in mind and develop a strategy that is 100% tailored to your needs. - Look for value over price: cheap doesn't mean better. If you have a smaller budget, try to define which are the 1 or 2 most critical factors to take your company to the next level and try to look for specialists in those areas. Never hire an agency with prices "too good to be true". Look for people that can add value and help you grow. - Be specific: set clear goals for the marketers to be able to develop a clear action plan.

- PetSups UK: PetSups is an online eCommerce brand focusing on the sale of toys and accessories for dogs and cats. We helped build the project from the ground up and successfully launch it mainly through Facebook & Google Ads, generating tens of thousands of pounds in revenue from the first few months. - Friends of Commerce: FOC is an eComm consultancy agency specialising in platform migrations and store development for big eCommerce brands. We have worked with them to advertise their proposal and helped them create solid customer traction in a very specific niche through online advertising. - Car dealership (client requested the business name wasn’t used): We have worked in the dealership niche for a long time, always getting incredible results for our clients. This corporate client trusted us with the complete creation of their inline presence - from website to social media channels as well as all branding necessary and SEO consultancy. We helped take the brand from zero inline presence to millions of impressions through advertising and hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of revenue.
Describe a recent project that went well. Scope? How long did it take?
We helped a generate collect 1,000 leads with less than £100. Last month, we developed a complete funnel for a client who wanted to grow their email list. The strategy used was simple: we’d take each potential customer from a photo ad posted on Facebook to a landing page where they would find a video, more information about the proposal and would be able to access a downloadable resource after registering for our client’s newsletter. Just within a few days of launching the campaign, we were able to generate more than 1,000 with as little as £0.09 cost per lead.
How did you first get into this line of work?
It all started more than 7 years ago, when we started developing "eMagazines" for Social Media whilst still working for an agency. We found it interesting growing the accounts to a certain amount of followers where people would start paying to advertise through us and reach their ideal audience. After succeeding in the Social Media eMagazine business, we decided to build our own Instagram-based car dealership which led us to further understanding how to advertise the right products to the right audiences, until we decided to go fully in-depth on Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Marketing, venturing into the PPC world and may online advertising platforms.
