Marcelo has been working for us since we bought our house 20 years ago. He redecorated all walls, did the new floor boards, plumbing and redesigning of the bathroom, installed a fireplace, built cupboards, recycled the bedroom fitted wardrobes. Marcelo does everything with care, great attention to detail, very creative with a passion for recycling. Marcelo is also amazing with machines. I strongly recommend his service.

Marcelo has been doing jobs for me for many years and I've always been extremely satisfied with the standard of his work. He is very reliable, tidy and his ability to recycle material is exceptional. I've had a decking fitted, floors sanded, plumbing work and also carpentry done by him. I would definitely recommend Marcelo as his work is impeccable.

Marcelo did a great job, leaving everything assembled perfectly and to my preferred specifications. When there were options (such as a shelf /drawer/ doorknob level) he asked me what I preferred and he made sure everything was in great working order before wrapping up the job. House Miracles installed a new kitchen and re modelled my bathroom for me. I had a tiny kitchen and with the help of a drawing from an architect friend, Marcelo realised a new design for me. He advised on materials and wherever I had an idea, helped me to see what would work. He build custom counter tops from bamboo, designed a way of including a Belfast sink and customised taps so that they fitted. he installed IKEA cabinets, flooring, wallpaper and tiled, meticulously spacing and grouting. He even found me a suitable table with inbuilt storage that he had made. I love my kitchen. It gives me joy. I couldn't afford to install a completely new bathroom but knowing the way Marcelo works,mI trusted that he would help me to realise the potential of the storage space, he build perfect shelves to fit behind the door (As he did in the kitchen) . As well as creating a ' throne' storage area around the toilet, he designed a beautiful door to access the under bath area, reinstalled a shower rail, put in new taps, decorated with simplicity and refreshed tiles. He advised me on flooring and installed the cork tiles I chose. What a difference that all made. Thank you Marcelo.

Marcelo Barbosa helped me re-design most of my house, changing the floor (removing the old carpet, placing the new hardwood flooring and restoring the staircase's old glory!), designing with me a whole-wall bookcase, fitting a cast iron radiator, and re-opening the old fireplace to make room for a stove. Yes, he can do all this - and much more - to absolute perfection! I cannot speak highly enough of him: Marcelo is reliable, hardworking, clean and an infinite source of genius ideas! If I have the house of my dreams, I really owe it to him.

Marcelo's work is very well designed, planned and executed. He has renovated both of my bathrooms, kitchen and done other odd jobs for me. His renovations have been stylish and greatly improved the functionality of all the rooms.
