Having had over 15 workman in my home during the last 6 weeks I can honestly say that the workmen supplied by this company were the best. I had George to remove my sink so that my flooring could be done and then Ivan was sent to refit my sink. Ivan in particular stood out to me and he did a fantastic job and went above and beyond what was expected. He took great care in his work and was extremely friendly. I cannot fault this company and have been really impressed with the customer service from beginning to end. I just wish I’d have found them at the beginning of my project! I certainly would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to others. Thanks 😊

* First things first, Golden Hands is a scam company.* My experience... hmm. Firstly I had a call from Golden Hands cancelling my appointment 20 minutes before it’s start, a man saying flippantly ‘can we do tomorrow’. When both I and my flat mate had taken time off work to be in the house. Then I get wild phone calls from a friend of a man who works for Golden Hands, who proceeds to need collecting from the station. And arrived WITHOUT A TOOL KIT. And with out a mask. And which point I get a very rude call from Dimitre at Golden Hands asking who is in the my kitchen. As a 24 year old woman this is not a very relaxing thing to be asked. The man in my kitchen proceeds to ignore social distancing and try to cut away a floor board without any tools. This goes on and on until we decide to go with a different company who charged half as much and actually for the job done. Golden Hands is a scam company. They should be removed from Bidvine. I have never been treated that badly in my life. Very scary and made both me and my flat mate block all numbers on our phones. Do not get involved in this company.
Dear Julia, I can assure you, that all our guys have a car/van to carry out all tools (they have companies cars). My colleague called you to reschedule an appointment because the assigned handyman had a COVID symptoms. We are looking after our customer and be safe. They were supposed to come on a Wednesday but nobody showed up or contacted me. They then arranged Saturday and changed it to another day. Eventually a few days later someone came and he mounted the bathroom tumbler and soap dish too close to the cabinet so I can’t fit in the toothbrushes. It was hard communicating with these servicemen as they were unresponsive and I had to keep chasing. Aside from this, the handyman they sent was a nice person and despite the language barrier and the issue with the bathroom products, he was able to get on with things. Also, they initially tried to overcharge me when comparing with other providers but because of the lack of communication, not turning up, etc they provided a discount.
