I am working own my own, a self employed. My last company as a tiler is Shine and Design company here in London...I don't have negative feedback from my Boss as they appreciate it and they like my job...If the client is not happy then I stop without get paid that's what I am going to do...But In God help It never happened yet in my previous job....I love perfect job and that's what I learn to get more attention, to get more client. I want my client to be happy with my job....
