Franklynair was formed in 2002 and undertakes all aspects of mechanical projects. Our company was set up to provide a much needed installation and maintenance service to the numerous commercial and residential properties located in and around London. We have built a reputation on providing a first class service and many of our clients have been with the company since 2002. Our London base enables us to closely monitor our projects and meet our clients at short notice. Over the years we have built a solid customer base these include main contractors, architects, consultants, retail sector, blue chip clients and large residential households. Much of our work is repeat business from our existing clients. Our success is a result of the technical expertise and ability to design and install systems that match the client’s requirements and remain within their budget. Each of our project managers have been in the HVAC industry for many years and possess a wealth of knowledge and experience. We have a professional service and maintenance team in order to support our clients and provide 24hr cover 7 days per week. As of 1st January 2015 it has become illegal to use R22 refrigerant in refrigeration, heat pump and air conditioning (AC) systems. R22 is commonly used in AC systems pre-dating 2004. To this day many systems are run on this gas and will eventually need to be replaced. We have a installations team and a project manager that are happy to help with advice/information or providing a quote for replacement/upgrades.
