About Train with Dee

I am a Personal trainer who is also studying to be a Nutritionist at MNU. Optimum health and fitness is not something that can be achieved in an unrealistic 8-week/12-week challenge. Incorporating good habits in your daily routine should be the aim and that's what I excel at developing in my clients. I prioritize strength training for all my clients whether they want to lose weight or maintain it. I studied Mathematics at university and previously worked in the same job for over 4.5 years where I was so miserable, depressed and unhappy. Strength training was one thing that pushed me, mentally and physically. By stepping out of my comfort zone, I learned my true potential and now I am successfully running my own PT business in London. I can't fix all your problems, but I can give you the tools and knowledge to move into accomplishing greater things in your life without ever needing a Personal trainer again! No fad diets, no BS, only your own self-development by learning and implementing the fundamentals of training. When I started with Dee my goal was to tone up, I hated my body. Not only she helped me achieve my goal but also changed my perspective at how I saw myself. She cares so much for her clients. She always makes sure I receive the best. I already had a few PTs before I met Dee and no one ever put this much effort in every session. I have learnt so much about Nutrition and exercise. I am not scared to eat a burger or hating myself if I miss a workout.I train to get stronger and l eat to fuel my body, there is no guilt involved! I honestly can’t recommend her enough. You will never need another PT after her!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed training with Dee. Not only does she push me to achieve my goals she’s also friendly and supportive outside of the gym. Since the lockdown, I’ve taken a lot of the principles she’s taught me during our time together and applied them and I’ve lost 11.3kg! I’ve focused on working out daily, being in a calorie deficit and also being kind to myself. Thank you so much for being a such a kind PT and providing me with the knowledge to better myself

Dee knows how to push me to make sure I get the most out of my sessions with her and she is dedicated to my development which has been a really big motivator for me. Not only have I got much closer to my fitness goals with her, but I’m a lot more confident at the gym because I know my form is good and how to use the equipment. Dee has such a sensible and healthy outlook on life which I have found myself applying to my life as a whole, not just my workout routine. She is always focussed, on time, easy to contact and flexible. Bonus: she’s got amazing hair.

Deepika has taught me so much in short amount of space. Her passion for fitness and motivation is fabulous for when your having a really rubbish day both in the gym and out. I actually sweat which I never used to do before. Deepika has shown such great interest in my weight loss journey it’s as if she is a part of it and she motivation every step of the way. Her energy as a trainer is immense, is adapts quickly to your request and ability. She listens to what you want to achieve, she takes the time to understand your hurdles and then she sets her self to push you until you get there. I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer and would recommend her 10 times over.

I trained with Deepika for about 4-5 months and I have seen a tremendous change in my body figure. I came to lose weight on my lower body and I did lose up to 5-6 KGs of body fat, but I also noticed that I was stronger as well as leaner. Deepika was able to change my mentality of only doing HIIT into incorporating some resistance training, which turned out to be very fun and something I looked forward to do with her each week. She is an excellent trainer in that she encourages you to push your body to its limits and having her give tips on my diet and nutrition helped in my process of losing weight. I see a huge difference in my stamina , strength and stability because Deepika identified from the start what I could improve on - core strength, as well as meeting my own targets on my lower body. She made programmes for me every 4-6 weeks to follow so that I could maximise my time with her and meet my goals. She is very dedicated to her clients and is able to accommodate for each persons' needs.Training with her has allowed me to feel more comfortable with my body so if you are looking to train with her , I would highly recommend it.
