Like most of us, we have insecurities, normally one-sided views and questions why? Questions should be answered by another person not yourself. Talking to someone can asses and evaluate you! I am happy I hired "Metanoia Coaching" as I have read his LinkedIN profile and found that this person can relate to my underlying factors, I had two sessions with the coach and he kindly listened and evaluated my professional fear factors which I personally believed that it was affecting me in receiving a job offer. We eliminated three already in just doing two sessions!
