About Elizabeth Hobbs
I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrional advisor. During my time as PT I have trained clients on a 1-2-1 basis and also ran small group sessions. As a personal trainer I pride myself on delivering sessions that meet each client's individual goals. I do this using various techniques such as HIIT, strength training and cardio. Many of my clients are either new to exercise, haven't exercised for a long time or don't feel comfortable going to the gym. My ethos is to focus not only on getting results but to ensure that my clients feel at ease and have fun during their workouts. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or just get fitter I will design a programme specific to you to get maximum results.

Over lockdown I became very inactive not leaving the house for days. I decided to start working out again and that's how I came to meet Liz. I hired Liz as my Personal trainer a 8 weeks ago. From the moment we meet her energy and positive attitude is contagious. We have done all our sessions out side in a park near my flat. After each session all the equipment that was used is cleaned down with anti bacterial wipes. I really enjoy working out with Liz as she helps to push me to achieve my personal goals. I could start to feel and see results few sessions. Each session has a new exercises so it isn't just reusing a the same workout plan. She listens to when you say the movement doesn't feel right and try to fix form or will adapt the session on the spot. I highly recommend Liz to anyone.
From the start Johnathan has been super keen. He realised he hadn't been very active and has taken the initiative to change his lifestyle. I try to take Johnathan out of his comfort zone which keeps him motivated and engaged. Jonathan has a fantastic grasp of movement and has benefited from slight alterations I have shown him to target specific areas. Keep up the good work 👏👏
Liz Is a great personal trainer guiding me through each exercise whilst challenging and encouraging me along the way. The whole set up is really well thought out and suits my fitness level while pushing me to next level. I’ve achieved more in a month with these Liz than I would or have done before plus enjoy the 🏋️♀️ workout. Really recommend Liz!
Jennifer didn't like the idea of exercise but after working with her for the past few weeks, her outlook has completely changed. Jennifer can now see the benefit of varying her workouts and always enjoys the challenges I put in front her. Keep up the good work Jen💪💪
I’ve been training with Elizabeth for the past couple of weeks and feel like my fitness is improving already thanks to her fun but challenging workouts. I highly recommend booking in a session. Liz is fun and energetic and very informative, there’s never a dull moment.
When I met Simone she was very wary about training. Simone spends a lot of time sat at a desk and suffers with back problems. I wanted to focus on strength training incorporating back exercises in her programme. Simone is very keen to learn and has picked up the different exercises really well. Fantastic effort Simone keep up the good work and keep bringing your infectious enthusiasm to your sessions 👏🙂

Liz is a fantastic trainer! It's quickly apparent from the start that she is giving the session her all which in return made me focused and committed to the intensive workout. Her professionalism enabled her to gauge the levels of experience within the group and she pulls together a workout which was rewarding for all. I found her warmth and the elements of fun really helped me relax and enjoy the circuit training within the group. I would recommend Liz's High Intensity training sessions to others as she clearly has an understanding of how to provide a top notch experience in a fun and stimulating way. Her first rate communication skills, responsiveness, patience and observation of our techniques brings out the best in all the group's abilities.
Henrietta hasn't done exercise for a long time, but this has not phased her. She picked up the exercises really well and has a fantastic grasp of movement which is key to progression. I always feel that I can take Henrietta out of her comfort zone as she is always willing to try everything. Awesome 👍👍
Liz is always upbeat when she trains us, I can arrive to the session feeling a bit down beat and leave feeling like I am on cloud 9. She has really transformed this period of post Lockdown for me. I am also enjoying getting to know new people and learning about how to do the exercises using the equipment properly. I have been impressed with how she has managed the social distancing in her routines with us without taking away any fun- getting fit and having fun, it's a win win. I highly recommend Liz!

Liz is great to work with. She is a fab motivator, always gets you moving and full of energy!! Her classes are fun and full of great workouts that change every week so you feel the total full body benefit! Liz is the best!

I loved attending Liz’s fitness class in the park. She helped me to get strong after an injury, encouraging me with positive words and giving me the confidence to exercise again. Liz made working out fun, I’d highly recommend her.
Mel had a foot injury she was recovering from so I had to modify some of the exercises. She picked them up well a d is a fast learner. Great work Mel👍
