I am a fully qualified PT & Gym Instructor. I began my fitness journey when I was around 15. I began training at home and used my lunch money that I saved up to buy some equipment. My interest in fitness led me to pursue Physical Education throughout College and University in which I achieved a first class degree. Since then I've been able to make a difference for clients to reach their fitness objectives – weight loss, toning, strength, endurance, confidence. I've had clients of all ages, male and female - I really enjoy talking to each one to understand what makes them tick and to figure out the best way to motivate them to train better. I can help you create, clarify and reach your fitness goals and overcome any mental barriers that you may be facing such as stress, lack of confidence or motivation.
