Hey peeps! Welcome to Dsefitness I’m a product of my business setting an example... No gimmicks here just all hard work and dedication! I love watching my clients evolve through their transformations both physically & mentally! I work hard you work we both gain results! I'm a very passionate high energy fitness coach. I'm a UKBFF bodybuilder, & a GPC powerlifting athlete competing in 2017. I’m also ex track athlete for my county. I'm not your average trainer, I like to keep the energy, support & focus high throughout our journey. Keeping us both engaged on the job I train 6-7 times a week off-season & on. As much as I love training It isn't always enjoyable. We are all different... So I like to keep it fresh and keep you engaged so you can stay on track to hitting your goals. I believe in myself even on my bad days... yes, I do have them! I love to motivate, and inspire my clients to achieve all your goals and more!! My dedication is always 150% which I expect in return, even if you fail from this I believe you get stronger and evolve to a better you, this comes from hard work the right motivation, guidance and support. I strongly believe that health & fitness is the perfect starting point to reclaiming your confidence, increasing self-belief, & building strength mind, body & soul. We don't like to quit if fail, try & try again you will get there anything is possible!! Deslyn is amazing. My body is HOT now, after only a few months training with her. I need her in my life forever. I can highly recommend Dsefitness to anyone who wants a very professional, personal and fun way to reach your body goals. She is always keeping the workouts fresh and pushes me to limits I never thought possible. I've always been active with jogging, yoga and aerobic classes. I enlisted Dsefitness to push myself a bit further while preparing for a holiday. I was starting to find that my routined exercises weren't having the same weight loss and conditioning impact they did a few years back so I needed something different and I haven't looked back! Two years on and I'm still training with Dsefitness. I am constantly challenged, motivated and encouraged to do more than I think I can. I love the results I can see, I feel fitter, lighter and stronger than I ever have before and most of all I enjoy feeling physically and mentally stronger after each training session as a result of completIng different types of exercises I would never have thought to attempt. Because of Dsefitness I am able to do things I never thought I'd be able to like pull-ups, press-ups and lifting heavy weights. I am in great shape, I feel good and still look very feminine. If you're willing to work hard and want to see results then Dsefitness is definitely for you!

The first thing you understand is that Deslyn wants the best for you and your body. With this in mind she designs a programme of exercises that tailor to your specific need. Her hard guidance but also praise- which is very important- help to create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. The additional meal prep plan that she provides also helps you to bear the fruits of your labour in a matter of days. Training with Deslyn is a rewarding experience.

I have trained myself with the goal of getting a leaner body with more muscle mass. I researched a lot myself but I never got the results I was looking for. I have now been training with deslyn for just over 6 months and the results have been fantastic. Not only does the measurements show I am getting leaner but I visually look a lot leaner as well, with increaed power, strength and stamina. I have definition to muscles I didn’t have before and I have kicked the fat in areas where I didn’t expect to. I can honestly say that if you put the effort in you will see great results quickly. I personally would not use anyone else now I have trained with deslyn, and I'm excited to continue working with her to reach my target goals.
