David is a great PT. He is majorly concerned with targeting the areas you wish to improve and will always structure the sessions so they are productive and dynamic. It is very helpful having the session workouts sent to me after our sessions because eit means in my spare time I can do those workout knowing what areas of my body they will help work and how it will benefit me.

I’ve been training with David for nearly 2 years and he’s helped me a lot mentality and physically.
