A brief introduction: I am a hard working personal trainer waiting to deliver your sessions like no other. You are unique, and so will be your training. Experience: Myself I am an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable trainer, who intends to deliver the results that you desire. I am a qualified master personal trainer and combining this with having 10 years of personal training experience, it gives me a solid understanding of sports physiology to adjust your training accordingly. I have completed my Level 3 qualification, so I can train people with a range of health conditions. If you are serious about getting fit, reducing your body fat and toning up, I can help you reprogramme your body on a cellular level. I am a key believer in what you do when you are not training with me. I offer specific nutrition advice tailored to each individual that will make you look and feel amazing. I found Dan through Instagram and contacted him as I liked the humour he brought to what can be the dull subject of exercise - I tend to need lots of motivation in this area! Dan and I are working on my post-baby fat loss / weight loss and I'm coming on leaps and bounds, I'll be back in those pre-pregnancy jeans in no time! Dan is friendly, personable and up for a laugh, He's also really knowledgable, not only about fitness and weight loss, but he's also full of nutrition tips too. I couldn't reccomend Dan highly enough, so much so that my husband is going to start training with him shortly! !

Dan is an excellent trainer. He took on board my almost total lack of fitness and tailored exercises that help me build my fitness and strength, and even lose a load of weight too! Dan also has an extensive knowledge of food and nutrition and advised me as to how I could improve my diet and still be eating delicious and filling meals. I would recommend Dan highly.
