About Cristian

My name is Cristian, I am a pianist, conductor and italian coach based in London. I am from Italy. I started to play piano at 5, at the Conservatorium I studied piano, composition and conducting. After my graduation I won several international fellowships which gave me the opportunity to study in Germany for piano, Australia and USA for conducting. I also hold a teaching degree with majors in Italian and Psychology. A highlight of my concert pianist career was playing for Pope John Paul II, for his 25th anniversary of his pontificate at the Pantheon in Rome. As an opera coach, I worked with the esteemed maestro Luciano Pavarotti amongst others. I teach kids of all ages and adults as well, as I believe music is for everyone and age is just a number! As an educator it is my primary objective to nurture, support and encourage my students passion for music. Everyone is different so my main goal is to find the best approach for each one of them and develop the appropriate program for them. Each lesson is different, but always fun.
