I have been working with Rachel for about 6 months and she has helped me immensely in many ways. Because of her, I can now see options that I hadn't considered before to help me keep sane during a time of big life changes. She's always present and allows me the space to feel heard. She has an easy, open style and asks great questions that really make me think and dig deep to find ideas that really make a difference in my life. I'm extremely grateful that I found her and will continue to work with her for a long time to come to ensure my life stays on the right track.
