About Claire Buchanan
I have over 25 years of professional experience and knowledge is the Health and Education field. This inspired me to develop skills in solution-based therapy, motivational interviewing and holistic therapy. I offer one to one and group coaching programmes, seminars and workshops to individuals of all walks of life with the emphasis on bringing about knowledge and power of self. My approach is tailor-made to the individual using universal tools such as personal natal readings, CBT and holistic therapy that promotes a balance of the mind, body and soul for ultimate wellbeing.
