About Cathy Henderson
I started dancing at an early age and went on to train at the Arts Educational school, Tring Park and The Doreen Birds college of performing arts. I danced professionally for 5 years on an international basis and travelled extensively across many continents. For the last 19 years I have had a lucrative career in the marketing industry where I have worked mainly in the event sector. A couple of years ago I returned to my main passion in life: movement, and trained as both a yoga and barre instructor. My classes are a blend of uplifting movement and flow, underpinned with strong technical direction, that will leave you feeling inspired and energised and a put a spring back in your step on both a mental and physical level. I am trained and a teacher in Vinyasa flow yoga, Restorative yoga, and Barre.
