Domestic monthly cleaning prices based on standard size windows/houses: 2-bed house = Usual price £10 per month 3-bed house = Usual price £12.50 per month 4-bed house = Usual price £15.00 per month 5-bed house = Usual price £17.50 per month Flats are priced below: 1-bed flat = £6.50 2-bed flat = £7.50 One off full conservatory outside from £45.00 roofs only from £25.00 Flats/houses inside start from £5.50 for flats, £7.50 for houses. All of the above include all windows, doors, frames and sills in with the price however if doors, frames and sills need extra attention on first clean the price will reflect this by an extra small cost on first clean only.
