Adam is a very friendly, very motivational and very thorough personal trainer and I've really enjoyed having him help me reach my goals. His passion and knowledge for training are really evident and his positivity makes everything seem more obtainable. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Adam is such an amazing peron and therefore an amazing personal trainer. He always is full of possitive energy and will make you feel good even if you dont want to. He helped me to loose 10Kg within 4 months I cant be thankful enough

I have been training with Adam @ All True Fitness for about 6 months now. Sessions are varied with new exercises always being added, keeping them enjoyable whilst maintaining focus on my objectives. Adam pays particular attention to my diet & nutrition, continuously providing guidance and tips! All True Fitness have provided a great service at excellent rates as well!

Working with Adam has been great: I've been really surprised by how much my fitness and strength has increased since I started training with him. Every session is different which keeps things both interesting and challenging! I had become kind of bored by the gym, but training with Adam has made it something that I now look forward to every week - he pushes you but in an encouraging way. Adam is a very knowledgeable trainer who is also able to offer sound advice on diet so that you can take an all around approach to training. I'd definitely recommend training with Adam.

Adam is knowledgable and friendly and has been amazing helping me reach my goals and also, dare I say, have fun doing it. He takes great price in what he does and is extremely dependable and during sessions he is focused only on you. I have recommended Adam to my friends and they all share the same opinion as me. An extremely dedicated and enthusiastic trainer. I wouldn't have got to where I am now in my fitness without him. Just when I think that I can't continue anymore, he manages to help me find that extra ounce of adrenaline to power through my workouts. Now, I just get on with my workouts knowing whole heartedly that I can do everything that he throw at me.

I have been training with Adam for over a year now and cannot thank Adam enough for his creative, fun and motivating approach in developing a fitness program for me. Prior to training with Adam, I had a reasonable degree of fitness but wished to improve my flexibility, strength, endurance, overall toning and to lose a few kilograms. Adam’s flexible approach in arranging the times of sessions around my working hours was much appreciated, as it allowed me to follow an exercise routine which I could realistically attend each week and thereby remain focused on reaching my personal fitness goals. Furthermore, I found myself actually looking forward to each training session, despite the hard work, as the structure of each session varied and the exercises never became boring or routine. What was fantastic was that Adam focused on ensuring the technique was correct, thereby ensuring that I was actually working the correct muscle groups and achieving a full body workout without the risk of injury. I cannot recommend Adam enough for his down to earth, fun, challenging and skilful approach to fitness. Without his support and guidance I would not have achieved my fitness goals or have been able to complete challenges such as the London 100 mile bike ride. I have recommended Adam to a number of friends who have achieved similar results.
