I'm looking for assistance on the weekend (as I'm at work during the week) with two luke warm shower mixer thermostats.
It's not a boiler problem. Your diagnosis is kindly appreciated. I think it may just need a new cartridge (or adjusting the thermostat and/or other plumbing issue).
Please could you let me know if you're interested and how you would price the job.
There are also a few electrical jobs (to do with transformers and the fuse box tripping). To the extent you have an electrical qualification, this will be of great interest to me.

I couldn't find a suitable category. We have very hot water to the bathroom taps but the shower thermostat only produces luke warm water (even when water flow is reduced and put to max hotness), professional to fix. I'm hoping it's an adjustment or cartridge issue vis a vis needing to peel back tiles to investigate piping.
We also have separate electrical issues that need to be attended to so if you're also a qualified electrician, please do let us know.
