Need to lose post baby weight ideally a stone and a half. Would like to get back to lifting weights like I did when getting married 18 months ago. I return to work in Jan full time and would like to train 5 days a week so I get maximum benefit of training. My workouts would need to be prioritised around my baby who is 4.5 months. Would like to do daytime training. I’m eager to work really hard just need a trainer to help push and motivate me. I want to feel sexy and confident again instead of lethargic, mummy and unsexy. I want to turn my husband’s head again and have him feel proud to have me as his wife.
