What Does Never Pay For a ‘No Thanks’ Mean?
If you send a bid manually or with BidMatch and a customer reaches out to say ‘no thanks’ in their first message, we’ll detect it to make sure you aren’t charged. You also have the option to flag their first reply and then we’ll take a look, review it, and send you a refund.

What is BidMatch?
With BidMatch we do the work for you so you can focus on delivering a first-class service. Simply set up your service and travel preferences as well as your pricing. Then bids are sent out automatically based on your specific preferences. Be one of the first professionals a customer sees.
BidMatch has many advantages over manual bidding from getting in front of customers immediately after they submit a request to saving at least 10% on every contact.
To unlock this feature, you must first get two reviews and be hired at least once on Bidvine. These are important signals to customers and will help you get hired when bidding automatically.

Is BidMatch a Good Fit For My Business?
BidMatch is a great fit for growing businesses that bid frequently and have a selection of great reviews from happy customers.
BidMatch is a top option for your business if:
- You’ve already sent your first bid
- You have 2 or more reviews from happy customers
- You have been hired once or more on Bidvine
- You’re a busy professional looking to free up time to focus on your work
- You want to save 10% or more on each contact
Once you’ve set up BidMatch, your bids will be automatically sent for free based on your preferences. We’ll notify you each time a customer responds to your bid, when they call you, message you or by hiring you. Only then do you pay.
With BidMatch you’ll also set a weekly budget that we’ll never go over. If customers happen to contact you more than your budget allows – we’ll pay the difference.
How do I Set up BidMatch?
BidMatch is only available on select services. To find out if BidMatch is available for one of the services you offer, look for ‘BidMatch Settings’ on your settings page. If you see this option, you can set up BidMatch for one or more of your services here.
How do I get reviews so I can set up BidMatch? We make it easy to request reviews from customers that have previously hired you. Type in their email address here to ask for a review. Simple.
