Transform for Life is a call to action, a personal training service and a way to train your self better for life. Whether it’s general fitness and weight loss, rehab (from an injury, joint replacement or operation) we have a wealth of experience delivering personalised solutions that make the journey back to optimal health as fun and effective as possible. In the past we have succeeded with our clients in scaling Kilimanjaro, qualifying for armed forces and fire service fitness tests, preparing for and recovering from double hip and or knee replacements well enough to compete in 10k events. We have competed in and coached for long distance running, biathlon, duathlon, triathlon, Crossfit , pool and open water swimming and cycle road racing. Not just with young fit clients but also older injured ones. We have improved work life balances whislt also improving performance at work for busy mums and dads. On average clients loose 10% body fat from our 12 week programmes. All these clients were over 40 when they started and managed the programme along side full time work.

Martin is fantastic. My boys ages 8 and 9, started this summer with Martin and in a matter of weeks their technique and stamina has improved immensely. He also makes the lessons fun and the kids are now swimming 50 lengths each time. I was so impressed that I got in the pool myself. I was barely able to do a length on my own, and now just after 5 lessons I’m doing 24 lengths. Thank you!
