I've been working with David for about a month and have been very pleased with his knowledge of my chronic fatigue and the gentle handling required to ensure I get the workout I need without going too far and becoming more exhausted. His friendly personality, mindful attention to detail and soulful holistic approach, including plenty of nutritional info, allow me to feel I'm in safe hands, rather than someone just telling me to push myself, which David knows would make my health condition worse. I have sessions with David weekly and starting to see results, though my fatigue means we must go slowly. Looking forward to my physique and energy improving over the coming months!

He agreed to meet with me on the same day and I was able to speak to one of his clients who was just finishing their session as I arrived. She said she had been working with Maurice since October last year and had lost almost 10kg. Maurice discussed my fitness goals and we agreed my training plan. He definitely knows his stuff and definitely doesn't take himself to seriously. Enjoyed working out with him... so far so good ... would recommend

I've been personal training and helping people lose weight for 7 years now and I've helped a lot of individuals achieve true weight loss results over the years. In my formative years with little knowledge, and with even less interest in the food I was eating, my diet consisted mainly of fats and sugar, with the inevitable result that on reaching my teenage years my weight gain was out of control I had exceeded 21 stones, apart from the obvious strain this was putting on my internal organs, my life was becoming intolerable as I was the target for savage bullying and ridicule and my health was in jeopardy. I had reached my lowest point but found the mental strength to turn the situation around. I joined a gym and spent months experimenting with all kinds of training methods and equipment whilst learning to change and supplement my diet by understanding the effects that calories, carbohydrates and proteins had on my body. It took almost 2 years of hard work and effort to realise my target of losing 8 stones. I maintained motivation and as a result, my health and self-esteem were restored. My experience and success led me to research further into the benefits of proper nutrition and exercise as a means of helping others in their quest for health and fitness without the pitfalls and disappointment that can destroy your motivation. I love helping people achieve their weight loss goals, just like I did. I've used all my knowledge, my experiences to help all my clients achieve their true weight loss results, by helping them not just with weight loss but with their mentality, motivation, consistency and of course training & nutrition.
