Ally is an excellent personal coach tailoring each session to achieve a specific objective - she clearly spend a lot of time preparing ahead of each session. I chose Tim as my PT 4 months ago and can say it’s ths best decision I’ve ever made! I’m looking to compete in bikini fitness/athletic bodybuilding and Tim has not only the experience and knowledge to help get me there. But he is also incredibly passionate about what he does. He keeps up to date records of my sessions, nutrition, weight, etc and offers advice and support whenever I need it. He will do his best to accommodate requests for different times and days.
