I love yoga classes with Poppy and been having withdrawal since she has moved from New Zealand! Her classes provide you with a complete experience in mind body and spirit, making you feel uplifted, grounded, and connected with yourself. Her way of teaching is confident, inspiring, powerful, playful and nurturing and her presence cant help but make you feel happy and at ease. I hope to share some mat time with her again sometime soon.

I have tried to get into yoga for years and have never quite found the right class/teacher for me. However that has all changed with Zinzi. She is hands down the best teacher I have been to. I have scoliosis and she ensures I practice safely and work within my limits. I leave her classes feeling positive, ready for the day and like I've worked my body. I feel completely engaged during her classes, I don't find myself thinking about other things or drifting in and out. I personally also love her hands on approach and love being assisted, I feel it helps me get more out of my practice. I would definitely recommend yoga with Zinzi to anyone who is contemplating it, and even to those who aren't! Maybe it's because we both have a past in dance that I gel so well with her classes, either way, try it at least once - it'll be the best decision you make.

I’ve been attending yoga classes with Amanda for 4-5 months. It’s only once a week but I am noticing an improvement every week. I hadn’t tried yoga before so it’s great that Amanda’s is very kind and clam. Amanda takes the time to make sure you get into very pose safely and easily and not push beyond your limits. I’ve learnt that yoga is also a practice to clam your mind and nourish your soul and it’s important the teacher is very calm and relaxed for this, which Amanda is. After each class I feel relaxed and clam. I feel the benefit from every pose and as a result of this I have grown to love yoga and I’m continuing my weekly classes and look forward to it each week Thank you

Hi, I am an Ashtanga vinyasa flow teacher and I completed my YTT200hrs in Goa this January. The pace of my class is mid energetic level, I like to focus on alignment and posture. I start the session with a pranayama breath set to focus the mind and bring the student to the mat. The intensity of the session can be altered to the needs of the class. I use music throughout the set and feel this is a very important part of the class, so I research new sounds that set the mood. I like to use essential oils at the start of the set. This works well as some people are put off by incense. Using oils you can individually apply allows he student who wants aromatherapy to partake without filling the room. I end my session with a Tibetan sound bowel bath to balance the student and clear their energy field. I like to apply these techniques to the yoga set to give an all round experience leaving the client rebalanced and energised. I am also a Reiki master and can hold Reiki healing sessions if this is required, the studio could consider adding this to the services offered. Namaste Pixie
