I had been thinking about getting a pt for some time but had always put it off. However I can tell you if you find the right one, it's awesome. I've been working with Chrissy for 3 weeks now. I put an ad on Bidvine and had lots of replies. However on a 10 min conversation with Chrissy I was convinced she was the best qualified and also as driven as I am to reach my goals. We have an 8 week challenge on the go and I can't wait t see the results. She is very attentive and responds to texts very quickly when you need occasional advice. She also wants daily check ins just to check I'm on track. She really is committed and pushes hard in the weekly sessions. The nutritional guidance has been eye opening. Don't make a decision on a pt until you speak to Chrissy. Just. Awesome.

One of the best fitness experts I have worked with. Although I already had a good level of fitness, Logan has helped to improve my technique and advised on nutrition so that I achieve my goals quicker. I have always enjoyed running and attending gym classes such as Spin, Circuits and HIIT, but I wanted to build on muscle mass and strength. Logan has introduced me to some great new ways to tone and build on my strength. His calm and gentle approach makes training with him allot of fun and not at all scary! With his guidance and encouragement, I am physically allot stronger now with improved muscle tone. It has been interesting and helpful to learn how the different muscles connect and work.
